摘要
针对铋掺杂的硅酸盐玻璃进行了研究,用不断提高玻璃系统中碱性氧化物含量的方法研究掺铋硅酸盐玻璃的性能,最终通过各种表征发现碱性氧化物可以提高Bi离子的发光效果,并且这种近红外荧光是由Bi5+引起的。铋掺杂的硅酸盐玻璃具有良好的光学性能,将成为未来超宽带光纤放大器的增益介质。
The bismuth-doped silicate glasses was studied.The performance ofbismuth-doped silicate glasses was research- ed by improving the content of basic oxide continuously in this system.The result indicated that. the luminous effect of Bi ion could be increased by basic oxide, and the near infrared fluorescence should be caused by Bi5+.There was good optical performance in the bismuth-doped silicate glasses system which will be the gain medium of super broadband fiber amplifier in future.
