摘要 MgxZn1xO材料是一种新型的光电功能材料,近年来受到人们的广泛关注。本文详细叙述了MgxZn1xO材料的性能、国内外研究现状和材料的制备方法等,并展望了MgxZn1xO材料的研究前景。 MgxZn1xO has been subjects of intense attention as a novel photo-electronic function material in recent years Properties of MgxZn1xO, research status and preparation methods etc were introduced in detail. Study prospects of MgxZn1xO materials were also disscused.
