摘要
对近年来光度法测定铜的某些进展进行了综述,介绍了国内经典分光光度法、双波长分光光度法、动力学分光光度法、导数分光光度法及流动注射分光光度法在生物样品中痕量铜测定中的应用。
Some progress of the photometric determination of copper during recent years was reviewed, introducing the application of classical spectrophotometry, dual-wavelength spectrophotometry, catalytic spectrophotometry, deriva- tive spectrophotometry and flow injection spectrophotometry to the determination of trace copper in biological samples in China.
