摘要
采用毛细管电动色谱法对小牛胸腺脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)水解产物中各碱基含量进行定量测量。结果表明:四种碱基的检测限均可达到106mol/L数量级,符合生物样品中含量测定的要求。
Quantitative measurement of four bases contents of hydrolysate of DNA in thymus of infantile ox were tested re- spectively with Capillary Dynamoelectric Chromatography. The results showed that the minimum level of those bases could be as low as 10-6mol/L, which could be met with the requirement for the content in biosamples.
