干股型受贿的危害性已经呈现,随着《最高人民法院、最高人民检察院关于办理受贿刑事案件适用法律若干问题的意见》的颁布,对干股型受贿的惩治力度不断加强,理论与实践对干股型受贿的认识进一步深入和扩展,但特别要深入研究该种受贿犯罪的数额、既遂与未遂等的认定以及防治方式等问题。

With the promulgation of The Opinions of The Supreme People＇s Court And The Supreme People＇s Procuratorate On The Problems Of Applied Law For Handling Bribery, the degree of punishment has been strengthened constantly on the performance shares bribery and the theory and practice has been deepened and expanded further. But it is necessary to analyze the amount of performance shares bribery, the definition of aceomplished or attempted crime, the prevention and so on.
