知情权浅析

On the Right to Know

知情权是公民的基本权利,只有知情权这个前提实现了,才谈得上有序的、有效的公众参与,才谈得上政府和民众的沟通、互动,在我国,以宪法、法律形式对公民知情权加以保护很有必要。

The right to know is the basic right of citizens. Only when the right to know becomes realized, the orderly and effective public participation as well as the communication and interact between the government and people can be really done. In China, it is very necessary to protect the citizens＇ right to know in the form of constitution or other laws.
