贵州省公安民警心理健康现状及原因分析

The Police’s Mental Health Condition in Guizhou and its Cause Analysis

以贵州省在职公安民警为研究对象,调查采用SCL-90症状自评量表作为测量工具,因子分统计结果表明:贵州省公安民警产生焦虑、感到疲劳、不安、抑郁等不良情绪比例都较高。解决公安民警心理健康问题,首先应下大力完善民警心理健康服务体系,其次还应积极开展民警心理健康研究工作。

Taking the police in Guizhou as researching objects, the survey used SCL-90 symptoms self-rating scale as measurement tool and the factor scores＇ statistical results showed the higher proportion of the police＇ s unhealthy emotion, like anxiety, fatigue, discomfort, and depression. To solve the police＇ s mental health problems, firstly the mental health service system of the police should be perfected greatly; secondly the research of the police psychology should be actively developed.
