高等教育大众化阶段 质量保障的系统分析 被引量:5

摘要 我国的高等教育质量保障可以解构为三套系统,每个系统各有侧重。内外保障系统关注的是高校、政府和市场在质量保障中的作用,侧重的是高校的自主权。输入、过程和输出保障系统关注的是投入与产出、成本与效益之间的关系,侧重的是教育教学过程的变化。问责系统关注的是绩效、质量保障的透明度和证据文化,侧重的是高等教育领域的民主价值观。根据系统分析发现,未来我国的高等教育质量保障应该加大系统和细节的建设力度。
