摘要 本文系统地研究了溶胶-凝胶方法制备PLT材料时,催化剂、溶液浓度和温度等对形成溶胶和凝胶的影响规律.利用国产原材料Ti(OC<sub>4</sub>H<sub>9</sub>)<sub>4</sub>,La(NO<sub>3</sub>).和Pb(AC)<sub>2</sub>,采用溶胶-凝胶方法制备的PLT陶瓷材料,其室温介电系数ε<sub>25</sub>℃达10<sup>2</sup>数量级,介电系数峰值ε<sub>m</sub>达10<sup>4</sup>数量级. The influence of catalyst, solution concentration and temperature on the preparation of (Pb1-xLax) Ti (1-x/4)O3 (PLT) by the sol-gel technique is investigated. it is shown that clear sol and transparent gel can be obtained only with approproiate catalyst content, solution concentration and temperature.Ti(OC2H9)4, Pb(AC)2 and La(NO3)2 have been selected to prepare PLT ceramic materials by the sol-gel technique. It has been found that the dielectric constant at room temperature (ε25℃) and the peak value of the dielectric constant (εm) are of 102 and 104 orders of magnitude, respectively. with an increase of the La content, ε25℃ and εm increase and the temperature Tc moves up to the lower degrees.
