摘要
应用酶联免疫法(ELISA),测定了水涨龙眼花芽分化期间结果母枝内源激素iPAS、GAS、ABA及IAA的含量变化。结果表明,生理分化期花芽内源激素含量:ABA>iPAS>IAA>GAs;形态分化期为:ABA>IAA>iPAs>GAs。生理分化期及形态分化期叶芽内源激素含量均为:ABA>iPAs>GAs>IAA。生理分化期:与叶芽相比,花芽的iPAs、GAs和IAA含量高,ABA含量低。形态分化期:与叶芽相比,花芽的ABA和IAA含量高,iPAs含量低;GAs含量,花芽和叶芽未见明显差异。结果母枝在生理分化期的iPAs含量高,且与其它3种激素含量的比例大;GAs含量高,而与iPAs比例小;以及高含量IAA和低含量ABA,有利于促进叶芽向花芽的生理转化。iPAs/GAs比例对龙眼花芽生理分化具有重要的调控作用。
During the differentiation period of floral buds of 'Shuizhang ' longan, the dynamic variations in contents of endogenous hormones iPAs,GAs,ABA and IAA in bearing basal shoots were determined with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The results showed that the contents of endogenous hormones in floral buds were in the order of ABA>iPAs>IAA>GAs during physiological differentiation period and ABA>I-AA >iPAs>GAs during morphological differentiation period, whereas the contents in leaf buds during physiological differentiation period and morphological differentiation period were in the same order of ABA>iPAs>GAs>IAA, Compared with leaf buds, floral buds contained high iPAs,GAs and IAA,and low ABA during physiological differentiation period; high ABA and IAA,and low iPAs during morphological differentiation period. There was no significant difference in GAs between floral buds and leaf buds, High iPAs and high ratio of iPAs to the other 3 hormones;high GAs and low ratio to iPAs,and high IAA and low ABA contribute to physiological floral bud differentiation. The ratio of iPAs to GAs acts on regulating the physiological floral bud differentiation of 'Shuizhang'longan.
