The Evolution and Strategy of the Virtual Enterprise Clusters Model Based on the Network Effect Economy

网络效应经济所引发的虚拟企业集群克服传统企业集群的空间、信息、资源等要素聚集的地域限制。分析网络效应机理,可以将企业集群演进分为资源空间型、供应链型、虚拟企业型等模式。基于网络效应空间特点的考察,虚拟企业集群发展应主要采取规模效应递增、技术标准运作、转换成本锁定等发展策略。

Caused by the network effect economy, the virtual enterprise clusters overcome the geographical restrictions of traditional clusters＇ factors such as space, information and resources. To analyze the network effect mechanism, the enterprise clusters evolution can be divided into space-resources type, supply-chain type and virtual-enterprise type of cluster models. By examining spatial characteristics of the Network effects, we find the developmental strategies such as increasing the scale effects, operating on the technical standards, and locking in the switched costs can be adopted to promote the development of virtual enterprise clusters.
