甲床扩大术的临床应用观察

The observation of clinical application on nail-bed lengthening

目的介绍一种甲床部分缺失的指端缺损的修复方法。方法对68例指端缺损采用甲床扩大延长术结合V-Y推进皮瓣或带蒂皮瓣进行修复。结果术后随访3～12个月，平均6．1个月。疗效优43指，良14指，可7指，差4指，总优良率为82．8％。结论甲床扩大术手术简单，效果满意，是治疗外伤性甲床部分缺损的有效方法。

Objective To introduce a repair method for fingertip defect with nail-bed partial defect. Methods 68 cases fingertip partial defect with nail-bed partial defect were treated with lengthening nail-bed and V-Y push flap or pedicle flap and lengthening nail-bed. Results The postoperative following-up was 3-12 months, while the nails all regenerated. The result was excellent in 43, good in 14, fair in 7 and poor in 4. Gross excellent and good rate was 82.8%. Conclusion tory in treatment outcome, partial defect. The lengthing of nail-bed is simple in procedure and satisfac which is an effective method for treatment of injuried nail-bed
