摘要
射频消融是治疗实质性肿瘤的一种微创技术。先行的临床研究已经证明射频消融能够成功地用于肺癌的治疗,具有较高的完全缓解率和可接受的并发症发病率;对于非小细胞肺癌或肺转移癌的病人,射频消融可以作为一种选择治疗方法或补充治疗方法。本文就肺癌的射频消融术作一综述。
Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) is a minimally invasive technique used to treat solid tumors. Pilot clinical studies had shown that RFA enables successful treatment of lung malignancies with a high rate of complete remission and acceptable complicating morbidity. The RFA technique could represent a viable alternate or complementary treatment method for patients with non - small cell lung cancer or lung metastases. This paper gives an overview of radiofrequency ablation on lung tumors.
