摘要
本文通过化学键合的方法，将两种杂环化合物直接键合在抛光的单晶锗表面。对键合后的锗片，进行了激光Ｒａｍａｎ光谱的分析，结果表明，杂环化合物通过Ｇｅ－Ｎ键共价键合于锗表面。
In this paper , heterocyclic compounds were directly bound to polishedgermanium surface using chemical bonding methods. The bonding germaniums wereanalized by laser Raman spectra. In conclusion, heterocyclic compounds weresucceedly bound to germanium surface through GeX N bond.
