摘要
用急性缺氧模型,研究缺氧后脑组织中过氧化脂质(LPO)和钙离子Ca2+含量的变化.结果表明,缺氧组脑组织中LPO和Ca2+的含量较对照组明显提高(P<0.05~0.01).缺氧和再复苏后LPO生成增多,致细胞膜受损,进而对Ca2+的通透性增高,Ca2+内流增加,细胞内Ca2+超载使脑损伤过一步加重。
The change in LPO and Ca2+ caused by acute hypoxic brain injury was investigated by means of the hypoxic model made by the authors. The result showed that there were considerable differences in LPO and Ca2+ contents in brain of the hypoxic group compared with the control group (p<0. 05-0. 01). The increase of LPO and Ca2+ in hypoxic brain tissue resulted in the brain cell membrane damage. The increase of LPO and overload of caclium were the factors which futher damage the brain cell seriously.
