摘要
本文介绍了一种实时工业图象法理系统结构、系统硬件和软件,对系统性能进行了具体分析,包括:系统处理时间客限分析、系统动态灵敏度极限分析及S/N改善与运动拖尾的矛盾的分析。文中讨论了为提高系统性能所采取的一些措施。
The architecture, hardware and software of a real-time industrial image processing system are briefly described. The system performance, including the processing time tolerance, the dynamic sensitivity limit and the correlation between S/N improvement and motion trailing analyzed. Measures taken to improve system performance are also discussed.
