There are many prominent problems in house relocation. They are legislation contradiction, lack of the hearing system, the dislocation of the government role which has caused the lack of fairness, flaw of the legal system design and the delay of the compensation standard. Puts forward some ways to solve the house relocation problems including improving legislation of house relocation, defining the government role scientifically and strengthening judicial relief in house relocation disputes.
