摘要
分析企业人力资本创新能力开发的问题,提出必须强化创新型人力资本开发,优化人力资本配置,优化人力资本的知识结构,提高人力资本创新能力培养效能,降低人力资本人际关系成本,有效开发企业人力资本的创新能力。
Based on the analysis on the development of innovative capacity of enterprise human capital, this paper puts forward that construction enterprises should strengthen the development of innovative human capital, optimize the allocation of human capital and their knowledge structure, improve the effectiveness of training innovative capacity of human capital and their knowledge structure, improve the effectiveness of training innovative capacity of human capital and reduce the cost of human relations to develop innovative capacity of enterprise human capital effectively.
