改进密切值法及其在图书供应商选择中的应用

Modification Osculating Method and its Application to Book Supplier Selection

图书供应商的优劣选择主要取决于供应商的图书供应能力、服务质量、交货期等因素和书目供全率、书目重复比率、按期交货率等多个评价指标。应用改进密切值法进行综合评价,首先由各个评价指标的极端情况组成"虚拟"的最优和最劣供应商方案,其次求出各个图书供应商与最优、最劣供应商的距离,并进而求得反映与最优和最劣供应商距离的综合参数——密切值。计算实例表明,用改进密切值法的排序结果可靠,用于图书供应商的综合选择评价与排序是切实可行的。

Osculating method is an optimization approach for muhi-objective decision, and it is a trial to comprehensive assessment of book supplier quality using osculating method. In this paper, ten assessment indexes are used to assess the book supplier quality. The best and worst suppliers are composed of the maximum and minimum values of assessment indexes. A comprehensive parameter, namely osculating value, taking the distances between the evaluated book supplier and the best or worst supplier into consideration simultaneously is introduced and used to evaluate and order the book suppliers. The case study shows that the osculating method presents the reliable results in agreement with the results of gray relation theory. The osculating method is suitable for the comprehensive assessment of book suppliers.
