适宜我省工厂化养殖的优良新品种—条斑星鲽

摘要
条斑星鲽为分布于东北亚海域的一种大型冷温陛底栖名贵鱼类,具有肉质好、口感佳、胶原蛋白含量丰富、生长速度较陕等优点,深受广大消费者和海水养殖业者的喜爱。2000年后,我国水产科研单位及水产企业逐渐认识到了条斑星鲽的市场前景,先后引进种苗及亲鱼,开始进行人工养殖和繁育技术的研究。
