摘要
以纺纯棉普梳40s纱为例,配以大量试验数据,详细阐述了郑纺机清梳联设备在实际生产应用过程中去除短绒的相关工艺。通过调整清花各个单元机打手的转速,提高清花设备开松、除杂效率,减少对纤维的打击损伤,优化梳棉机工艺隔距,增强梳理质量,合理配置系统风量风压以及滤尘压力等措施,改善生条质量,降低生条短绒含量。
Taking example for processing 40s cotton combing yarn with a great deal tests data, the correlation technology on Zhengfangji blowing - carding machinery for cleaning the short fibers in the actual manufacture application process is elaborated. By means of these steps such as adjusting the speed of beater in blowroom unit, increasing the opening and cleaning efficiency of blowroom machinery, decreasing the beat injury to fibers, optimizing the card technology space, heightening the carding quality, distributing in reason air capacity and wind pressure and filter pressure in systems and so on, the quality of card slivers are improved and the short fiber content of card slivers are reduced.
