肠造口患者生活质量与社会支持的相关性分析及护理

Correlative analysis between quality of life of patients with colostomy and social support and nursing care

目的:探讨肠造口患者生活质量与社会支持的相关性,以寻求护理对策。方法:调查86例肠造口患者的社会支持情况,并与正常对照组进行比较,分析肠造口患者生活质量与社会支持的相关性。结果:肠造口患者的社会支持与正常对照组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01);生活质量与其社会支持呈正相关(γ=0.626,P<0.01)。结论:肠造口患者得到比正常人高的社会支持,其生活质量与社会支持密切相关,护理过程中重视社会支持可改善护理效果,提高肠造口患者的生活质量。

Objective ： To explore the correlation between quality of life of patients with colostomy and social support so as to find of nursing care. Methods： The investigation was made on social support for eighty six patients with colostomy and the comparison was made with it in control group, and the correlation was finally analyzed. Results ： The positive correlation was found comparing with that in control group（ P 〈0. 01 ） ; there was correlation between quality of life of patients and social support （γ= 0.626, P 〈 0. 01 ）; Conclusion： The patients with colostomy get more social support than normal people do and there is close relationship between quality of life of patients and social support. The effect of nursing care can be enhanced by paying much attention to social support in nursing care.
