人工股骨头置换术后早期康复训练对患肢功能恢复的影响

Effect of early rehabilitative intervention on postoperative functional rehabilitation of artificial femoral head replacement

目的:探讨早期康复训练对人工股骨头置换术后患肢功能恢复的影响。方法:将85例人工股骨头置换术后患者随机分为康复组43例和对照组42例。康复组术前重视心理护理并进行简要康复锻炼指导,术后3h开始康复训练,详细指导患者早期进行功能锻炼。对照组行常规康复护理。结果:两组术后2周并发症发生率及术后6个月髋关节功能恢复优良率比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:术后早期康复训练可减少人工股骨头置换术患者并发症发生率,促进患肢功能恢复。

Objective： To explore the influence of early rehabilitative intervention on the patient＇ s functional rehabilitation after artificial head replacement. Methods ： Eighty five patients received artificial femoral head replacement were divided randomly into rehabilitative group （ n = 43 ） and control group （ n = 42 ）. The patients in rehabilitative group received rehabilitative intervention after 3 hours of operation and the patients in control group were given usual rehabilitative nursing care. Results： The differences of complication and functional recovery were statistically significant between the two groups. Conclusion： Early rehabilitative intervention can decrease the rate of complication and accelerate the functional recovery of affected limbs after artificial head replacement.
