摘要 目的:探讨早期康复训练对人工股骨头置换术后患肢功能恢复的影响。方法:将85例人工股骨头置换术后患者随机分为康复组43例和对照组42例。康复组术前重视心理护理并进行简要康复锻炼指导,术后3h开始康复训练,详细指导患者早期进行功能锻炼。对照组行常规康复护理。结果:两组术后2周并发症发生率及术后6个月髋关节功能恢复优良率比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:术后早期康复训练可减少人工股骨头置换术患者并发症发生率,促进患肢功能恢复。 Objective: To explore the influence of early rehabilitative intervention on the patient' s functional rehabilitation after artificial head replacement. Methods : Eighty five patients received artificial femoral head replacement were divided randomly into rehabilitative group ( n = 43 ) and control group ( n = 42 ). The patients in rehabilitative group received rehabilitative intervention after 3 hours of operation and the patients in control group were given usual rehabilitative nursing care. Results: The differences of complication and functional recovery were statistically significant between the two groups. Conclusion: Early rehabilitative intervention can decrease the rate of complication and accelerate the functional recovery of affected limbs after artificial head replacement.
