摘要 对基于变电站通信网络和自动化系统的国际标准——IEC61850的变电站过程层进行了研究。通过与电磁式互感器和传统开关装置相比较,介绍了电子式互感器、智能开关的特点和使用方法。由二次设备的通信结构,阐述了二次设备数字化和网络化的特点;说明了过程层变电站结构的变化。论述了IEC61850-9-1通信协议是对变电站的间隔层和过程层的通信协议,给出了单向多路点对点串行链路应用图;IEC61850-9-2通信协议在间隔层和过程层的通信上有了提高,给出了IEC61850-9-2变电站结构图。分析了过程层自动化发展过程中要求考虑的有源电子式互感器供电、抗干扰、稳定性/寿命、测量标准/方法、同步、通信实时性、设备互操作等问题。并建议其过程层的发展需要一、二次设备协调发展。 The process level of substation,which is based on the international standard IEC61850 of substation communication network and automatic system,is researched. Compared with electro- magnetic transformer and traditional switching equipment,the features and applications of electronic transformer and intelligent switch are introduced. The digitization and networking of secondary equipment are explained by its communication structure. The changes of substation process level structure are detailed. With the application of multi-path one-way point-to-point serial chain,it is stated IEC61850-9-1 is the communication protocol between cell level and process level,and with the structure of IEC61850-9-2 based substation,it is stated IEC61850-9-2 enhances the communication between cell level and process level. Considerations during the development of process level automation are analy zeal,such as power supply of active electronic transformer, interference,stability and lifetime,measuring standard and method,synchronization,real time- communi - cation,device cross-operation and so on. It is suggested that the first equipment and secondary equipment should be developed correspondingly.
