摘要
针对电厂空冷风机用变频器在夏日满负荷运行情况下,功率器件频频出现过热,导致设备跳闸现象,提出了一种以蒸发冷却为主的变频器新型冷却方式。冷却系统由风机、蒸发箱体、出汽管、回液管及冷凝器构成。以电厂用110kW变频器为改造对象进行了单台样机带负载运行,同时在实验室完成7台变频器整体改造方案的1∶1原理试验。运行结果表明,采用新型冷却技术可以解决变频器的冷却问题,同时可以去掉变频室内为降低环境温度而设置的大功率空调设备,达到更加节能的目的。
The overheating of its power components occurs frequently when air-cooling fun inverter operates with full load in summer,which causes equipment trip. The evaporative cooling technology is applied to it,which consists of fans,evaporation box,steam outlet pipe,liquid return pipe and condenser. One prototype is nmning for 110 kW inverter of power plant and the retrofitting scheme of 7 inverters is 1:1 tested in lab,results show that,the proposed cooling technology solves the overheating problem of inverter and the powerful air-conditioning device in inverter room becomes unnecessary.
