摘要 在竞争日益激烈的现代社会,大学生择业越来越困难,而女大学生更是面临诸多障碍。职业选择是一个人职匹配的过程。要实现成功择业,女大学生要增强自信,善于发现和发挥好自己的潜能和优势;要了解用人单位的信息,把握机遇,在就业过程中做出正确的抉择,赢得一个适合自己的职业。 In the increasingly competitive society, it is more and more difficult for undergraduates to find a proper job, and the situation is even worse for female university students. The occupation choice is a process of matching between individual and occupations. To succeed in the occupation choosing, female university students should enhance their self- confidence, take advantage of their potentialities and advantages, obtain information about enterprises and seize opportunities to make right choice in employment and obtain a matching position.
