Based lucubrating on logic structure of ontology, the view is discussed that domain knowledge analysis are the foundation of ontology building, and that ontology building should think much of domain knowledge analyses. And the demands of the work of domain knowledge analyses are also discussed. At last, the main analyzing steps are brought forward.
