摘要
本文在分析了前人研究的基础上,从图书馆参考咨询与百度"知道"服务理念的相似性(比如服务的公平性,服务的公益性),服务效果的互补性(比如服务流量,服务质量),以及两者的合作基础等方面论述了两者合作的可行性,从提高图书馆社会影响力和服务能力方面论述两者合作的必要性,并简要地对两者合作模式作了初步讨论。
On the basis of previous studies, this paper analyzes the feasibility of cooperation between libraries and Baidu ＂zhidao＂ from their service concept and effectiveness. This paper also analyzes the necessity of their cooperation from enhancing libraries＇ social influence and ability to service. At last the cooperation model wase briefly discussed.
