摘要
结合小浪底水库运用方式,建议增建排沙底孔设施,利用压力管道输送小浪底高含沙水流至大海,形成黄河下游"一河一管网"格局,使清浑分流,以解决泥沙在黄河下游河道的淤积问题。同时,对管道系统设计及水力计算、总体布局、水沙配备等关键技术进行了探讨。
The paper suggests to build bottom outlets for sediment discharge,transport hyper-sediment concentrated flow of the Xiaolangdi Reservoir to the sea by utilizing pressure pipe-line and form the pattern of 'one river,one network' in the lower reaches combining with the operational mode of the reservoir for solving sedimentation issue of the downstream.In the meantime,it approaches key technical issues of pipeline system design,hydraulic calculation,overall layout and fitted runoff and sediment.
