摘要
本文论述了应用人工智能技术在拉深模CAD系统中建立工艺设计专家系统的用途,以及专家系统中工艺知识的获取过程、知识的表示以及工艺设计规则库的特点与建立方法。并提出了用框架结构描述轴对称拉深件以及“DTR”控制策略,同时介绍了拉深工艺设计专家系统与拉深连续模CAD系统的关系。
The components of an expert system and the key techniques for working out such a system for the deep drawing process design, such as the describing method for the shape of parts, the representation of knowledge for the process design, the structure of the rule base and its inference machine as well as the control strategy are described. There is also a data base in the expert system. The knowledge of the system is divided into designing rules and engineering data lists, for which comprehensive representation of production rules and frames have been used. The design task is split into six sub-tasks, with each sub-task corresponding to one rule base. When the inference machine is working, the inference is only performed in one of the rule bases so that hierarchical inference is realized.This system is developed on a micro-VAX-Ⅱ computer.
