摘要
La(NO3)3和Ce(NO3)3在浓度不同时对灵芝菌丝的生长及其培养液中的残糖量的影响不同。2mmol/LLa3+和Ce3+能抑制灵芝菌丝的生长,抑制率分别为32.58%和42.76%;低浓度(≤1mmol/L)的La3+和Ce3+能促进菌丝生长,以0.5mmol/LLa3+和Ce3+的促进率最高,分别达到35.21%和57.01%,且随浓度的降低这种促进作用逐渐降低。菌丝生长量与培养液中的残糖量没有明显的相关,只有生长量最大的0.5mmol/L的La3+和Ce3+的培养液中的残糖量比对照低,其余皆比对照高。
Different concentrations of La3+ and Ce3+ showed different effect on the growth and residual sugar con tent of Ganoderma lucidum cultural meduim. At a concentration of 2 mmol/L, La3+ and Ce3+ inhibited 32.58% and 42. 76% respectively the growth of G. lucidum myceluim,whereas lower concentration(≤1 mmol/ L )promoted the growth of myceluim,with 0. 5 mmol/L, showing the maximum effect, which attained an in crease of 35. 21 % and 57. 01 % respectively. Thereafter,the effect on growth regressed as the concentration was further lowered. The effect on growth was not notably relative to the residual sugar content of the cultur al medium,which was lower than the control at the maxitnum growth effect of 0. 5 mmol/L concentrations of La3+ and Ce3+,while higher than the control at all other concentrations.
