当今世界,作为软实力重要组成部分的文化力在综合国力竞争中的地位和作用越来越突出,文化安全已成为保障国家安全的不可忽视的精神因素,文化领域的扩张与反扩张、渗透与反渗透逐渐构成国际政治斗争的一个重要内容。要全面增强我国的综合国力,实现中华民族的伟大复兴,必须稳步提升中国文化软实力。
