On the Cultivation of Interdisciplinary Thought for Journal's Editors

摘要跨学科思维与学报编辑工作及学报的发展的联系正在迅速增强。学报编辑服务对象及工作对象的变化,学术期刊之间的竞争以及编辑不同角色之间的协调,都引发了跨学科思维介入的必要。为此,学报编辑要认清自己的角色定位,在思想上重视跨学科思维的培养,并将之与编辑个人的职业成长紧密结合起来,发挥科研实践及编辑实践对编辑跨学科思维培养的不同作用,并使两者有机结合起来。 The influence of interdisciplinary thought on Journal edition and Journal development is in seminal improvement. The change in the service object and the working object of Journal edition, the competition among academic periodicals, and the adjustment of the role of editors＇, all lead to the necessity for the employment of interdisciplinary thought. Therefore, editors of Journal should clarify their role, and pay attention to the cultivation of interdisciplinary thought. The cultivation of interdisciplinary should be in tight ties with editors＇ own career development. The academic practice and the editorial practice of Journal editors, which have different role in their cultivation of interdisciplinary thought, should been taken full use of in harmony.
