On Artistic Justice:With Social Justice,Religious Justice and Artistic Justice as Context

本文旨在探讨作为一种艺术现象的艺术正义,而社会正义、宗教正义和艺术正义的异同和关系只是笔者为达此目的而设定的一个研究语境。《理想国》曾把这三种正义作为一个整体来进行论述,笔者希望以自觉的学术追求批判地继承柏拉图学术的这一特色。通过回答与此有关的七个问题,本文试图揭示艺术正义的基本面貌。

This paper aims at discussing the artistic justice as an artistic phenomenon. The similarities, differences and relationships among the social justice, religious justice and artistic justice serve as a context for this purpose. The Republic deals with the three kinds of justice as a whole, which the author tries to resume in this paper. To answer the seven questions in the section titles, it attempts to reveal the essential features of the artistic justice.
