NK细胞免疫球蛋白样受体与异基因造血干细胞移植的研究进展

摘要
NK细胞免疫球蛋白样受体（killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptors，KIR）是主要表达于人NK细胞表面的受体，在所有人类白细胞抗原（human leukocyte antigen，HLA）I类分子所识别的NK细胞独特型受体中，免疫球蛋白样超家族受体KIR占主导地位。由于它的配体参与多种免疫反应，因此，KIR在机体抗感染免疫、肿瘤免疫和移植免疫中都发挥重要作用。
