Reflections on the Functions of Public Service Government

公共服务型政府要按照公众的意愿和偏好提供公共物品和服务,回应公众的要求,追求的目标是公民满意,因此,作为公共服务型政府,就应具备一些区别于其他类型政府的职能,而且要履行好这些职能,还应遵循一些特别的原则。

Public service government should provide public goods and services according to the public＇s wishes and preferences and meet the public＇s requirements and satisfaction. In this way, the public service government should possess some functions different from other governments. In order to accomplish these functions, the public service government should also abide some special principles.
