高校成人英语教学是我国英语教育的重要组成部分。随着全球化时代的到来,高校成人英语教学顺应时代的潮流,随着改革的发展而发展、随着时代的变化而日益丰富和多样化。30年来我国的高校成人英语教学有了长足的发展和进步,日益壮大。与我国的改革开放相对应,高校成人英语教学这30年的发展可大致分为初始期、发展期、并轨期三个不同却又密切相连的发展阶段。
