摘要
提出了编辑的基本职业道德准则。借助组织学习理论论述了编辑的职业道德养成与编辑群体的组织学习过程的关系;提出了建立编辑的道德他律机制的三个原则及编辑的职业道德养成的反馈机制。
This article put forward the essential editor＇s professional ethics. Using Organizational Learning meory, this article discussed the relationship between cultivation of editor＇s professional ethics and process of organizational learning in editors; put forward three construction principles of editor＇s ethics control mechanism and the feedback mechanism of cultivation of editor＇s professional ethics.
