摘要 为探讨胰腺癌组织CD44和p21蛋白表达与其转移特性的关系,以及两者表达的相关性,作者采用针对CD44各种变异体的鼠抗人单克隆抗体F10-44-2和p21蛋白单克隆抗体,对46例胰腺癌原发灶,18例胰腺癌淋巴结转移灶和5例胰腺癌肝转移灶进行免疫组化染色。结果胰腺癌转移灶CD44和p21蛋白的阳性染色率显著高于原发灶;有转移的胰腺癌组织CD44和p21的表达均高于无转移者,两者均有显著性差异。相关性检验显示CD44阳性组和p21阳性组有显著的相关性。结果表明:CD44或p21表达阳性的胰腺癌组织,较易发生转移,作者认为p21蛋白通过引起变异型CD44表达升高来促进转移。 In order to testify the relationship between p21 and CD 44 overexpression and metastasis of pancreatic adenocarcinomas. The expression of CD 44 and p21 protein was studied immunohistochemically in 46 primary pancreatic adenocarcinomas, 18 metastatic lymph nodes and 5 hepatic metastatic lesions from the above malignancies. The results showed that positive rate of CD 44 and p21 protein was significantly higher in metastatic lesions than primary ones ( P <0.05).Besides, the positive rate of p21 and CD 44 in caees with metastasis was obviously higher than the nonmetastatic ones ( P <0.01). Correlation analysis showed that CD 44 positive group was closely related to p21 positive one. These phenomena suggested that pancreatic adenocarcinomas with CD 44 or p21 positive expression were apt to metastasize. CD 44 overexpression was associated with p21, which accorded with the hypothesis that p21 protein promotes metastasis by elevating the expression of CD 44 .
