肱骨近段骨巨细胞瘤瘤段截除、肩关节功能重建的近期疗效分析

Short term Effect of Resection of Tumor Segment in Giant Bone Cell Tumor on Proxi mal Segment of Humerus and Functional Reconstruction of shoulder Joint

作者对９例肱骨近段骨巨细胞瘤，行瘤段截除、自体腓骨移植、肩关节功能重建术。术后随访２４～４８个月，肿瘤无复发，移植骨愈合好，用于取代肱骨近段的腓骨增粗，腓骨小头外形增大到接近肱骨头，重建的肩关节功能恢复满意。

Resection of tumor segment of humerus, autotransplantation of fibula and functional reconstruction of the shoulder joint were performed in 9 patients with giant bone cell tumor on the proximal segment of humerus. The postoperative follow up for 24～48 months showed that there was no recurrence of tumor, the bone graft healed well, the fibula replaced the humerus on the proximal segment was thicking, the external form of the fibula capitulum was thicking proximally to the caput of humerus, and the function of reconstructed shoulder joint recovered satisfectorily.
