摘要
炼铁厂老风机房2006年新上的一台D1650离心风机,地基为粉质粘土,按地基土压板试验情况及利用计算软件进行沉降及软卧计算,设计采用天然地基与换填地基上的浅基础。由于该工程的试验、设计与施工紧密配合,施工安全可靠,成为炼铁厂联合设计院设计大型风机基础及平台的成功实例。本文介绍其设计思路、施工要点和实施效果。
A new D1650 centrifugal fan was used at old blower room in 2006. Based on the silty clay, according to the results of soil press test and settlement and soft gangue calculation with calculation software, the shallow base which is on the top of natural or replacement filling foundations was adopted in design. The construction measure is safe and reliable together with engineering test, design and construction, which has become a successful case of large-sized fan foundation and working platform. Design idea, construction points and implementation effect are introduced in the paper.
