摘要
介绍了用原子吸收法测定硫酸中铁、铜含量的方法,考察了6种表面活性剂的增敏效果后,选择质量分数为0.2%的吐温-80作增敏剂.测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.41%~5.52%;铁的检测限达到0.008 6μg/mL,灵敏度为3.19μg/mL;铜的检测限为0.019 4μg/mL,灵敏度为5.36μg/mL;Fe与Cu的加标回收率在97.3%~100.3%范围内.
The determination of the content of iron and copper in the sulfuric acid by FAAS is described in this paper. Six different kinds of surfactants' effect were investigated,0.2% (mass fraction)Tween-80 is chosen as synergist. The results show that:RSD of the determining is 0.41%-5.52% ;Fe:the detection limit 0.0086μg/mL,the sensitivity 3.19μg/mL;Cu:the detection limit 0.0194μg/mL,the sensitivity 5.36μg/mL; the recovery between 97.3%-100.3%.
