摘要
采用原子吸收分光光度法(AAS)测定了34例脊柱侧弯患儿顶椎水平椎旁肌中钙、锌、镁、锰、铁、铜等六种元素的含量。数据依侧弯角度分组进行比较观察。结果表明:随着Cobb角的增大肌肉中钙、镁、铁、锌的含量渐升,以钙、镁、铁更明显,并在Cobb角70°以上各组凸侧较凹侧明显增高。结合脊柱侧弯患儿顶椎水平椎旁肌组化观察,认为这种元素含量变化是侧弯后凸侧肌功能负荷增加的结果。
ix elements (calcium, zinc, magnesium, manganese, iron and copper) were detected in the paravertebral muscles of 34 scoliotic children (idiopathic 19, congenital 15) by AAS. The data were broken down into different groups according to patients′ Cobb angle. We compared the concave with the convex side. The concentration ot calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc in muscle increased with the enlargement of Cobb angle. In groups with large Cobb angle, the level of calcium, magnesium and iron was significant higher in convex side than that in the concave. In connection with the histochemical observation of muscle in these scoliotic patients, we believed that the changes of the elements was a secondary response to the adaptation to the asymmetry of trunk force after spinal curve.
