摘要
神经母细胞瘤当肿瘤较小时诊断困难,常失去早期手术治疗的时机。作者对疑似本病的患儿先经骨髓穿刺镜检,发现典型或可疑肿瘤细胞时,再做超声与磁共振检查,寻找原发病灶。应用二维心脏超声诊断仪进行探查,找到肿瘤后手术43例,42例术中找到原发肿瘤,最小肿瘤直径为2.0cm。经磁共振检查找到肿瘤后手术20例,均于术中找到原发肿瘤,最小肿瘤直径为1.8cm;磁共振能检出纵隔的较小肿瘤。
euroblastoma is a highly malignant tumor which occurs commonly in children. It is difficult to make a correct diagnosis at early stage when the tumor is too small to be recognized and thus prone to lose the chance for early treatment. In this study, we detected the primary tumor for operation with twodimensional ultrasonic examination and MRI when typical or highly suspected neuroblastoma cells were revealed in bone marrow investigation. 43 tumors were found by twodimensional cardiac ultrasound detector and then treated surgically, the primary tumors were searched out during operation in 42 of these 43 patients with a minimal diameter of 2.0 cm for the tumor. In all 20 tumors detected by MRI the primary loci were found in operation. The minimal diameter of the tumor was 1.8 cm. MRI was more useful in detecting smaller mediastinal tumors.
