依那普利对高血压患者胰岛素抗性及血脂的影响

Longterm Effects of Enalapril on Insulin Resistance and Blood Lipid in Patients with Essential Hypertension

用治疗前后对比方法，对２８例Ⅱ期高血压病患者口服依那普利２２个月前后的血脂及胰岛素抗性（ＩＲ）进行研究。结果：用药后ＳＢＰ、ＤＢＰ明显下降，ＨＲ不变。治疗前本组病例存在明显ＩＲ，治疗后ＩＲ降低。治疗前ＨＤＬ／ＬＤＬ低于对照组，治疗后增高。提示高血压病患者存在ＩＲ及血脂异常，依那普利可有效降压，逆转ＩＲ并改变血脂代谢。

e studied insulin resistance (IR) and blood lipid in 28 patients with stage Ⅱ essential hypertension, using Enalapril 5～10 mg for 22 months. The results showed that SBP, DBP decreased significantly (P<0.01). HR did not change (P>0.05). IR existed in all patients. After the treatment, IR decreased. HDL/LDL increased significantly as compared with that before treatment. This demonstrated that Enalapril could decrease IR and improve blood lipid metabolism. 
