ATP结合盒转运子A1蛋白是一个由2261个氨基酸组成的蛋白,其功能是在胆固醇逆转运过程中起第一步限速作用。ATP结合盒转运子A1的转录受多余的胆固醇、肝脏核受体肝孤儿受体、视黄酸X受体、维生素A的衍生物全反式视黄酸等多种脂质调节。ATP结合盒转运子A1常见位点的单核苷酸多态性与冠心病的发生发展有关。
ATP-binding cassette transporter A1 ( ABCA1 ) is a protein composed of 2 261 amino acid, and its function is limiting the first step in the reverse cholesterol transport process. Transcription of ABCA1 is induced by manifold lipids, which contain overloading ceils with substances such as cholesterol, liver X receptor (LXR) , retinoic X receptor (RXR) , and all-trans retinoic acid ( ATRA). The occurrence and development of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease contribute to single nucleotides polymorphism in the ABCA1 gene.
