多层螺旋CT评价梗死心肌的研究进展

摘要 多层螺旋CT的适应证不断拓展,除了可以明确诊断冠脉血管病变,还可以评价心肌运动及功能,并对梗死心肌能做出精确地评价,通过一次检查提供心脏的整体数据。 Increasing use is being made of multislice spiral computed tomography ( MSCT). It represents a source of a wide range of data about the heart, including the coronary artery, ventricular wall motion, LV function, and myocardium. This article reviews the ability of MSCT to assess myocardium.
