高血压前期的研究进展

Progress of Research into Prehypertension

JNC-7提出了高血压前期的新概念,并且推荐这类人群进行生活方式的调整以减少心血管疾病的发生。与正常血压人群相比,高血压前期人群发生心血管疾病的风险较高。现就高血压前期的概念、流行病学与心血管疾病的关系及其干预措施作一综述。

The JNC-7 （7th Report of the Joint National Committee on Prevention, Detection, Evaluation, and Treatment of High Blood Pressure） introduced the concept of ＇ prehypertension＇ （systolic BP 120 - 139 mm Hg; diastolic BP 80 -89 nun Hg） , and recom- mended health-promoting Ill＇style modifications for these individuals. Subjects with high normal blood pressure have higher cardiovascular risks compared with individuals with normal BP { systolic BP 120 - 129 mm Hg or diastolic BP 80 - 84 mm Hg}. This article reviews the current state of knowledge regarding the conception and prevalence of prehypertension, and the relationship between prehypertension and cardiovascular disease and suggests non-drug and drug interventions in cases of prehypertension.
