摘要 瘦素和脂联素均为脂肪组织分泌的脂肪细胞因子,但是高血压患者的瘦素水平升高,而脂联素水平降低。现就瘦素、脂联素生物学特性及其与高血压关系的研究进展进行综述。 Leptin and adiponectin are fatty cytokines excreted by fatty cells. However, in patients with hypertension, leptin levels have been found to be significantly higher, whereas adipokine levels are significantly lower. This article reviews the biological characteristics of leptin and adiponectin, as well as examining the development of their correlation to hypertension.
