Mechanism of Hypoxia-inducible Angiogenesis

摘要 目前对血管新生机制的研究已经上升至分子生物学水平,研究发现缺氧条件下的血管新生与缺氧诱导因子密切相关,炎症反应、骨髓干细胞也参与其中。血管新生机制的研究为治疗性的血管新生和治疗性的抑制血管新生提供了理论基础。 Recent research has suggested that hypoxia-inducible factor-1 plays an important role in angiogenesis under anoxlc conditions; inflammatory reaction and bone marrow stem cells are also involved. The mechanism of angiogenesis provides a theoretical basis for therapeutic angiogenesis and anti-angiogenesis.
